El McDonald's
Right in the heart of the tourist section of Chicago is the new flagship McDonald's that used to be the 'Rock 'n Roll store. Now it is ultra modern, coffee bar, couches, and very nice. I went in for breakfast today (burrito) and the middle-aged woman who took my order did not speak any English. Eventually a manager came by to make sure she was OK, and I noticed almost everyone working there was Latino.
Where would our nation's fast food industry be without low wage Latino workers?

We just need to find someone to do it!
we'd probably be the same place we'd be without low wage african-american workers. . .at least as far as Corporate america is concerned
